Making lives better through work.

A ray of light

In a time of hardship, I met one person.

In days when I could not see ahead, that person reached out to help me before I even asked. Rather than giving answers, they opened up new ways of seeing, and believed in a potential I could not yet believe in — before I did.

Without that encounter, I would not be who I am today. How much it saved me — the gratitude is still deep in my heart, beyond words. Whenever I am lost or stand still, I always return to that day.

What that person did for me, I now want to do for each person working in Japan and for the companies that welcome them. The Ray in Office Ray — a ray of light — carries that wish.

Becoming a company people choose

The Specified Skilled Worker system lets workers choose their employer. Even when every procedure is in order, people stay only where they want to keep working. It may look like a demanding system. I don’t see it that way, because when more companies become the kind people choose, more workers’ lives are lit up.

Wages, evaluation, housing, language. What makes people want to keep working somewhere differs from company to company. That is why we don’t settle for one-size-fits-all support. We work with each company to shape the approach that fits it.

Companies that can support their own people

Outsourcing support is not the only answer. A company that appoints its own staff and supports its workers in-house is strong. We can take on everything at first, and when your staff are ready, move to in-house support. We will chart that path together.

A workplace can light up a life

A workplace supports a person's livelihood and also shapes their tomorrow. Toward a society where everyone has fair and equal opportunity through work — the circle of light grows, one person at a time.
